mod_rpafto not require the load balancer's IP address

I modified mod_rpafto not require the load balancer's  IP address. 

 

On EC2, ELB IPs are dynamic so this solution works better.

Just replace it in directory and recompile.

 Rename the file to mod_rpaf-2.0.c
